Distinction comes at a price
The GL version starts at an interesting $15,995, but for $23,095 you can buy the GLS with features like a leather interior, automatic air-conditioning and a telescopic steering wheel. Unfortunately, the basic versions lack the last feature mentioned which deprives the driver of an adjustment enabling a better driving position.
As you can see, the Elantra 2007 has improved considerably. Considering the low starting price, reasonable fuel consumption and a warranty that shames the competition, I think its future is bright in the Québec market. It could give the long reigning kings, the Honda Civic and the Toyota Corolla, some serious competition. |
