Strong enough for him AND designed for her!
This pioneer of 4X4 steps into the third millennium keeping an edge over its competition. Although Land Rover is now property of Ford, it has been able to keep a large part of British independence and a high standard of fabrication. The Rover has this unique silhouette with air intake vents located on top of the front fender.
The 2007 Supercharged Range Rover Sport has many innovations. Our trial version detailed at 93 000$ and is well equipped with a number of options. The Range Rover Sport Supercharged (2007) possesses qualities that will apply to modern macho men as well as the sophisticated women.
For him (or her)
Without a doubt, Man will appreciate the thrust of the V8 4,2 liters supercharged engine producing 395 hp. The advantage of a supercharger is that boost is present at all times. There is no waiting for spooling as in a turbo engine. We clocked a 0-100 km/h stint in 7.2 seconds using the automatic CommandShift ™ transmission. This technology adjusts shifts to the engines revs in order to procure smoother and faster shifts. The modern male will find a lot of gadgets that will impress there male friends. Let’s start with the navigation system with its tactile screen. It is efficient and easy to use. Alleluia for this system! It proposed a new route going through Mont-Royal city that allows me to get to work faster during rush hour! The Rover is also equipped with a DVD entertainment system. Old and young can watch movies or play games using the wireless PlayStation console and wireless head phones. The audio system is an Harman/Kardon 13 speakers 710 watts surround sound with vocal commands. It has superb acoustics even when listening to MP3 music. Noticeable other characteristics are a cooler hidden between the two front seats. But the summum of gadgets for the woodman hidden amongst ourselves is the Terrain Response™ system. Easy to use with its pictograms, it’s almost impossible for one to make a mistake.
I was able to fully test some features proper to Land Rover on a trip to Gaspésie. I decided to put the Range to challenge ant I went climbing Mount Saint-Louis. This ia a majestic mountain elevated 430 meters above sea level with some slopes up to 65 degrees. Mounted on 20 alloy inch wheels, the Range Rover handle the situation flawlessly thanks to its hill descent system coupled to the stability and traction control systems. On top of that the Range Rover’s Terrain Response™ will adjust all the onboard systems proactively. We were able to safely enjoy the scenery will climbing down. |
