Mazda CX-7 2007

Other point of view: Bruno
As much as it thrilled Benjamin, that’s how much I disliked the CX-7. The irritants far outweigh the strong points for me to give it a positive endorsement.
Let’s start with the response time and the turbo charged hiccupping; practically nothing happens when you step on the gas but once the turbo engaged, the power surge sends the occupants rocketing back. You can expect this in a Mazda 6 but, in my opinion, not in a family vehicle. As well, the brakes are much too sensitive; a slight pressure on the pedal and there paralysing the disks.
To sum up, the CX-7 knocks on take off and while braking. Finally, I was massaging my neck while turning into the Reno parking lot, courtesy of the CX-7’s ridiculously wide turning circle. |
