For slightly less more than $30,000 The MaxdaSpeed 3 will certainly satisfy those looking for absolute performance. In fact, she is queen of the division with adequate braking, inspired adherence and quick accelerations. In everyday use, however, exhaust noise and the suspensions’ stiffness gradually grate on you. I prefer the Volkswagen GT1 or the Mini Cooper S which are less extreme but sometimes a compromise fits. On the other hand, for a few thousand more, I’d willingly go with the superb MazdaSpeed6. |
